MAN HAS TRIED AND FAILED TO BRING PEACE, prosperity and love to his life and world. He continues to insist on territorial disputes, one-sided and economically irresponsible transactions, global resource devastation and power struggles as a way of life. Global “governmental” energy put towards military and destructive resources, in terms of bombs, bullets, machinery, trained assailants and weapons of devastation is simply incomprehensible for a so-called intelligent being. Technology has moved on, and man is still stuck in the caveman mentality. On the surface of his consciousness is an apparent civility, just beneath the surface is an unconscious Neanderthal fighting for some kind of misguided survival. He is doomed, and dooms everyone unless he comes to his senses, wakes up and examines himself quickly and thoroughly.

Politics and power play is a male invention, which some observers say is linked to poor penile proportions. Women may play the game of politics and even excel at it, but it is foreign to their nature and nurture. It is a very strange thing for one politician to say that they “loathe” another politician, because most likely, in their unconsciousness, they are talking about their feelings for themselves, mirrored by their apparent nemesis. A politician who loathes himself is bound to want to destroy “his” world.

There is another way to live, which includes all people, aligning their energies supportively and creatively, so that everyone has access to peace, prosperity and personal freedom in their life. Such a way is written into the original Constitution of the United States of America; it is natural to this planet and it is aligned with a wholesome way of life. It encompasses a wisdom to which we all have access, if only we can remember it and rekindle it within our souls.

The Universe is a process of Creative expansion and we, as conscious beings, have the means to be a part of the creative process. In human terms, the ones who have access to the greatest creativity are women, since they can give birth and the gift of life. Man’s creativity is based in a different perspective that can drive him in ways that can even distort his creativity into destructive rather than creative pursuits. If man can see the way to realign his energies with creativity, there will be such a leap in consciousness that the entire human species will take a giant leap closer to godliness.

It is time for Man and Woman to combine their creative abilities for the benefit of the whole of consciousness. Women have to reacquaint men with their own creative potential, and man has to be open to his reeducation. The prevalent and almost universal understanding that only men are born to rule has to change, because man has proven himself unfit to rule, so long as he aligns himself with force, greed, and power struggles as a way of life.

In this article, we examine the Design of Hillary Clinton, to discover her inherent, natural characteristics and capabilities, and also to look into the coming times to see if she might run and find election as the first Woman President of the United States.

Hillary Clinton
Hillary (Rodham) Clinton was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 26, 1947. She is born into the Incarnation of the Unexpected. This is perhaps one of the more remarkable incarnations in human terms, in that anyone born within it can not only bring radical change to others, but also can expect radical change in their own lifetime. The Incarnation implies a natural sense of leadership and imagination, intrinsic caring, and a deeply compelling search for the improvement of life standards for each and every individual. If you are able to catch Hillary’s attention and make her aware of your real needs, you will have a very powerful and committed ally. If you cannot attract Hillary’s attention, then she will persist with what is in her personal range of knowing, apparently even ignoring urgent requests. If you want Hillary Clinton, the ally, then you will need some particularly perceptivecommunication skills or good luck!

Hillary, The Manifesting Generator
There are five distinct ways people interact with their world as a direct reflection of the specific Design chart they have. The chart that Hillary Clinton has shows her to be a “Manifesting Generator.” Any Manifesting Generator is first and foremost a Manifestor, that is someone who moves, shakes and makes things happen, and secondly a Generator, that is someone who has enormous reserves of personal energy, tapped in to reservoirs of Universal Life Force energy, that need a clear internal signal before being activated towards any actions in order to be personally aligned with those actions.

Manifesting Generators often overlook their natural process of retaining their energy and waiting to get inner clarity before embarking on exploits in life. They frequently end up in situations where they have forced the pace of interactions or become involved in things that do not relate to them at all, just because they have enormous energy that apparently needs to be used.

In Hillary’s case, her inner clarity comes from her Sacral Center, the Red square center in her Design chart. A “Sacral response” is a movement of energy in the lower belly that either rises in affirmation, or falls in declination. It is an energetic response that audibly, this can be heard as: “Uhuh! = Yes!” “Uhuuh! = No!” The emphasis here is on a “response” mechanism, not a thinking process, or a willful process, not even an active process, but rather a process of waiting for an inner, energetic response to something that approaches from the “outside.” The majority of people in the world are Manifesting Generators, all of whom are required to wait to get this inner response, before making any personal decisions if they wish to have desireable outcomes.

The Natural Leader
There are 4 leadership channels in Design, connecting between the Self Center (The yellow Diamond Center) and the Throat Center (The Brown Square Center). Hillary has the 31 - 7, “the Alpha,” the “leader of the pack,” defined in her Design, through unconscious Sun in the 31, (Father’s genetic influence) in the line of “selectivity” and her conscious Mars in the 7, in the line of democracy. Hillary’s leadership uncannily picks out those who, in her way of seeing things, “hold the right concepts,” and she embraces democracy, the political system of our time, through an active alignment with the electorate. Any leadership role she takes is bound to draw comment. This is one of the reasons that the press like her: Dull she is not!

Another of the reasons that the press likes her is that she is an individual (the channels 43 - 23 and 20 - 34). She moves in ways that are not necessarily predictable. She does not “toe the line” unless it appears obligatory to her to do so. In Design terms, she thinks for herself, a quality that has unfortunately not appeared in any notable politicians since FD Roosevelt. Of course she upsets traditionalists and the vested interests! She actually terrifies them because they cannot imagine what she is going to do next!

She also has the 33 with her unconscious Saturn and Pluto, implying that she learns her own lessons for herself, in time apart from the normal clamor of the world, coming back into the fray with a natural sense of timing that will often catch her opponents off-guard.

She has unconscious Mars in the 45, the Queen, in a particular line that has her constantly recognizing that she, as a woman in politics, is an outsider, and making her constantly consider if she really wants to be included...

The “Unemotional” Hillary
Many people have remarked that Hillary appears a little cool in her interactions. Being unemotional is not a crime, particularly in an increasingly hysterical world that is prepared to justify war, not because of anything scientific or provable, but because of some supposed ill feelings.

In Hillary’s chart, she has four undefined Centers (colored white). Her undefined Ego Center, the small triangle center, indicates someone who does not necessarily know what she wants until she feels her Sacral response. Once she finds out what she wants, she can be unstoppable in getting it. She can also be very good at presenting possibilities that others might want in their lives.

Hillary has an undefined Root Center (the white square center at the bottom of the chart) making her potentially prone to other people’s stress and deadlines. If she keeps her own pace and commences things in her own timing she will never lose her balance. She has an undefined Spleen Center (the white triangle center on the left) indicating that she can be prone to fears prevalent in other people and has had to learn to distinguish who is healthy for her and who is not. (Her husband, Bill, has a strongly defined Spleen Center and can always give her stability in this area of her life).

On the right side of the chart, an open Emotional Center (the white triangle center) indicates that she does not have any consistency in her emotionality. While the whole world goes crazy and makes a big hullabaloo, Hillary is going to be looking around herself and wondering what all the fuss is about. It is not that she cannot appreciate emotional outbursts, it is that she does not really know what to do with them, as though they are not a part of her makeup at all. She can be the only person who remains cool and calm when everyone else has long since lost it!

The Presidential Race...
In 2004, there will be an election in which an American president will be elected. If America stays true to form, there will be a lot of noise concerning all sorts of apparent issues, wars, economics, terrorists, gun control, etc., but the greatest noise will come about if Hillary declares her intention to run for the Presidency. For the vested interests, the writing will be on the wall and they will do anything possible to derail any campaign she might mount, to the point of openly attempting to destroy her character reputation. Will it phase Hillary? We can only imagine, or look at her charts for that time.

In Design, we are able to calculate Return charts for any particular year following a birthday. A Return chart is drawn for the exact placement of the Sun and Earth at the time of birth, for each year of the person’s life. It gives an energetic indication for the environment of the year ahead. Hillary’s solar return for the election campaigning year falls on October 26 2003...

Hillary’s Solar Chart for the election campaign year gives her a Projector Design, indicating that if she has chosen to run, then the more exposure she has in all media arenas, the more votes she will draw. With such an individualistic chart, it indicates that she will conduct a very different campaign than politicians normally run, espousing values that other politicians will not want to broach. Sound bites will be particularly important for Hillary, not only on her own behalf, but also in rebuttal to the slurs of others made against her, firstly for being a woman, and also as a strong political threat to the vested interests. In her campaign, she might find herself able to be more humorous than normal as she gets into her stride. She will also find herself aligning with a wide assortment of supporters with different personal causes and backgrounds. With his strongly defined Spleen “feel good,” Center and open-mindedness, Bill Clinton will be an enormous asset to her energetically.

Madame President?
As the voting day approaches, Hillary will have another birthday and enter a new Solar Return year ten days before election day.

Her Solar chart for 2004-5 aligns her destiny (South Node) with her Sun placement at birth. This is an auspicious year of destiny for Hillary.

The nature of the Solar chart is that of a Generator Design defining two centers that Hillary does not have in her birth chart: the Spleen and the Emotional Centers. The line information indicates that if she is to win the Presidency, she will have to have very clear advisors around her who keep things simple and expedient, without involving extraneous complications for Hillary personally.

The Design indicates that if Hillary is running, and if she holds true to her Design nature, and is not derailed by her advisers, like Al Gore was in his election attempt, she will be embraced by the voting public. She will be appreciated particularly because of her proposed economic refreshment, her motherly stance, her creative and novel ideas, her listening ability and her spontaneously empowering responses to questions. The more she travels, the more she talks and the more people see her standing in her own terms, the more likely she is to gain the Presidency.
